Dear Friends,
I am extremely excited and honored about the opportunity to build the
HGTV Dream Home 2009
in picturesque Sonoma, the birthplace of my family's farming legacy.
The 3,628 square-foot Victorian Farmhouse style home is located in
Armstrong Estates, a beautiful neighborhood setting and one of Sonoma’s most historic and
prestigious landmarks. The HGTV Dream Home 2009 will be awarded to one lucky winner in March.
From January 15 through March 2, 2009 charity tours will be held daily from 9 am to 5 pm.
Tickets for the tours are $20 per person available only by reservation
All proceeds from the HGTV Dream Home 2009 tours benefit the
Ledson Harmony Foundation for Children
Children 3 and under are admitted at no charge, but must be carried by an adult
Strollers will not be allowed in the HGTV Dream Home
No smoking, food or beverages will be allowed in the HGTV Dream Home
Please remove shoes before touring the HGTV Dream Home. Booties will be provided
Tours have limited handicapped accessibility, and there is no elevator access within
the home
Tours may be canceled due to inclement weather
All tickets are to be picked up at the Ledson Hotel at least one hour prior to your
scheduled tour time. Guests will then ride a shuttle to the HGTV Dream Home a few miles away.
