The vineyards are in full bloom and there’s no better time to sit down for an intimate winemaker dinner with Steve Ledson at The Castle! This winemaker dinner is unlike any other. Prior to the five-course gourmet meal, Steve will treat guests to a private VIP tasting, with an exclusive opportunity to experience and purchase extremely limited production wines. It will literally be a caviar event. Following the extraordinary tasting, guests will savor a decadent dinner, paired perfectly with rare wines from a variety of vintages and appellations. Throughout the evening, Steve will share stories of his fascinating legacy as a fifth-generation winemaker. It will truly be an amazing adventure. Bill Bertetta, Linda Bones and Dee, amazingly talented resident artists will show their work in the parlor, featuring many wine and wine country inspired themes.
